Quality Policy of National Kidney Center

National Kidney Center (NKC) is committed to continual improvement of its quality management system through the following Activities.

  1. Deliver international standard dialysis through establishing satisfactory monitoring and maintenance system for outstanding health, safety and cleanliness.

  2. Training staff and making stake holders understand NKC Quality Policy to enhance customer awareness.

  3. Creating awareness of kidney diseases and needed prevention program together with other organization/government from time to time.

For the satisfaction of its customers and progressive working environment, National Kidney Center (NKC) is committed to abiding all the concerned laws and regulations.


Quality Objectives of National Kidney Center

  1. To meet more than 90% of the client’s requirements, aiming to increase their satisfaction.

  2. For better understanding of the Quality Management Systme and other functional areas, train the staffs for 10 hrs. Per annum.

  3. To assess issues regarding patient safety in order to make continual improvement in patient health by 90% and reduced errors by 99%.

  4. To promote continuous improvement of dialysis process by following all the key specifications.
